• Bobby Dodd Institute Apartments (ASK KARYN OR HEATHER WHAT THE DEVELOPMENT IS CALLED) WOULDN’T THIS BE FUTURE?

• Former Mikart property at Ladawn & Maid, future townhomes

• Former Mikart property across Chattahoochee from Crestlawn Cemetery, future mixed use with office, retail, grocery, restaurants, hotel & apartments (is this still accurate???)
