The Historic Bolton Neighborhood Association (HBNA) is a non-profit civic organization recognized by the IRS under Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(4).
The HBNA exists to preserve and improve the quality of life of the residents of Bolton by
- organizing community events,
- advocating on behalf of the residents and residential property owners,
- acting as a liaison to governmental entities, private businesses and other groups on issues such as development and zoning, safety and traffic.
Meetings are generally held quarterly and are open to all, but only members are allowed to vote.
The only qualification for HBNA membership is to live or own a residential property within the boundaries of the neighborhood as defined by our Bylaws (add link).
Although dues are not mandatory for membership, neighbors are encouraged to choose a $20 (individual) dues payment, valid for the entire calendar year in which you join, to fund programs, park and path beautification, neighbor outreach and communication tools to keep you informed about what’s going on in the ‘hood.
Simply click the “Join” button below (or use the form on this site), select the membership type and fill in the details to pay online.
You may alternatively send a check made payable to Historic Bolton Neighborhood Association and mail it to HBNA, PO Box XXXX, Atlanta, GA 303XX. If paying by check, please also include your name, email, phone and address.
